After a job is completed, it’s always nice hearing that we are appreciated by a client, producer and/or director. Usually that happens at wrap as we say our goodbyes, but I wanted to share a very nice email that I received from a director a few days after a shoot.

Hey Ryan – Now that I’ve emerged from my cryogenic sleep chamber, I wanted to touch base to thank you and your team for joining us and making this project so much better than I even hoped it would be. It’s always a bit of a roll of the dice when working with any new crew (or, in your case, director), but I was so pleased our personalities jibed and that the project was made so much better for your hard work and experience. I had a blast working with you, and really hope we get to work together again. Thanks a million for making me look like I know what I’m doing!
